MacMind has a tiered price structure depending on the nature and extent of the support required. Work environment and potential for trade or alternative remuneration are valid considerations, feel free to negotiate. All rates on this page are industry standard, if you aren't, feel free to share.

Initial consultations are at no charge - if we fix your problem within the first 15 minutes there is no charge. Donations will be accepted. If you are having a Macintosh problem there is no reason not to call MacMind to see if we can help.

Ongoing phone support is billed in 15 minutes increments at $1 per minute. Phone support payments are made through PayPal, credit and debit cards are accepted.

The onsite base rate is $100 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum.

MacMind onsite day rate is $500 for 8 hours, plus $150 hr over 8 hours per day.

Longer term arrangements can be negotiated.
