What I learned from this chapter is that when all the other
countries in the world were becoming industrialized Japan was
still sticking to the mid time technology and wasn´t allowing
anyone in their country to build a ship large enough to sail out
of the country.
I also learned that Austrian nation that was allies with Germany
was having a quarrel with Russia about who was going to get the
countries that were surrounding Bosnia and when the Austrian Empire
started taking those countries over Russia declared war against
the Austrian Empire.
The Germans declared war against Russia. When the war started
to really go, all of the Russians allies which included France
and Britain started to fight against Germany and then The United
States started fighting the Germans.
That was the start of World War 1.
